Meadow
Anyone that's been to Rocky Mountain National Park will
know this place... it's the Sheep Meadow, one of the
first of many impressive views in store for visitors
of the park. Apparently, one can often find herds of
bighorn sheep grazing the succulent grasses of the meadow
(alas, Teri and I have only seen elk).
The meadow itself, carved by glacial
action eons ago, is a truly magical place, especially
at twilight. I think that's why I feel compelled to
"re-work" the images in Photoshop. It's simply
not possible to capture the scope and power of these
views in mere pixels... so I try to invest a the smallest
echo of the place's wonder back into the photos.
